Pre-Wedding

We love building relationships with our couples, it's one of the most important parts of our process. We know we can tell a better story and make a better video if we feel less like strangers on your wedding day. So let's hang out, grab dinner, lunch, or a cup of coffee.

As your wedding approaches we will send a pre-wedding questionnaire to help further prepare us for your day. This is also the time when we will collect final payments.

Timelines are of the utmost importance, especially if there are specific moments you want captured. We will review your timeline and let you know if adjustments need to be made.

Wedding Day

It's game-time! Your big day is finally here! We will work alongside your team of vendors to make sure your day is exactly as you envisioned.

Let's have fun and live in the moment, this is your time to shine!

Post-Wedding

Backing up your wedding day is our first priority post-wedding. Well, that and sleep. We typically have a backlog of videos before we get to yours, but we make sure to let you know when we are approaching your delivery date. Typical turnaround for wedding films is 4-6 months, but again, we will let you know.

Delivery

Once we have your film ready to deliver we will set up a review page for you to see your film first. This allows you to make certain changes to your film before you're ready to share it with the world. Once everything is approved, we will also deliver any add-ons that were purchased. If you chose to purchase a teaser film it will be delivered within a few weeks following your wedding day. Finally, the last step will be sending out any physical products.
